Things Happening This Week

Hey Friends,

I hope by now you know TCBC is setting up their table at the Chinatown Street Festival Saturday and Sunday. If you are in the neighbourhood pass by Spadina Ave. and look for us north of Dundas, near Great Mountain Ginseng. We'll be there both afternoons.

Our new Sunday Class "Reading the Bible as Scripture" also starts this Sunday at 11:30 in the 1st floor chapel. As I will be at the Street Festival, Simon Pan will be assisting Eva Sham, former International Student Ministry staff worker, who will be teaching August and September.

A reminder that we have prayer ministry available after the morning service. If you have prayer needs please write them down on our contact card and give to ushers or go to the prayer room in the basement.

And a new fellowship group is ready to launch:

"Eagles’ Wings" is inviting those in their upper years (think my age and older) who are looking for a fellowship group to attend

Group’s Purpose: To foster friendship, meaningful activity, and discernment of God’s will for those living in the later seasons of life

Contact: nlee@tcbc.on.ca

More stuff is happening in September. We will be stepping up our communication so stay in touch.

Blessings,

Rev. Nolan
