Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Hello Friends,

The greeting never gets old. May you have a joyful time with your family and friends wherever you are.

Thank you for your interest in following us on-line and joining us in person. In light of the winter storm warning I will let you know our plans:

Our Christmas eve music service on Dec. 24 is still on schedule. It will begin at 7pm and end at 8:30. Weather outside will be cold and the roads will be slippery.

Our Christmas day service on Dec. 25 will be simple: carols, Christmas message and coffee afterwards. It will begin at 10am and finish at 11am. Everyone is welcome to stay a bit afterwards and wish friends new and old the best for the holidays. If you would like to bring some snacks, please ensure they are nut free.

On New Years Day our service will include a baptism of two young men. There will be communion at the end, so this is also a "First Communion" for them. We will also have a sharing about the mission trip taken by our team that went to Cambodia in November. The theme of our New Years Day service is "All Things New"

There is no Sunday class for Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. We are starting up again on Jan. 8 with our Work and Faith series studying...Revelation. Yes this will be a challenge: relating one of the most challenging books to study with daily life and work. I'm looking forward to studying this book with you and discussing the possible applications in the new year.

Stay safe today and store up lots of good things for your Christmas weekend!

Blessings,

Pastor Nolan
