What To Do If You Are Stuck Downtown By The Santa Claus Parade?

Hello Friends,

Best thing to do this Sunday is not to get stuck in traffic. The Santa Clause parade has "rolling road closures" so please look over the map if you depend on street transit or automobiles to get to church. One good thing is that it seems the parade's western edge is University Ave and that should leave Spadina open. There may be more traffic though from parade watchers!

Getting back home may be tricky if you are going East. My experience is that traffic will be heavy even if the road's begin to open up. It may resemble rush hour traffic when everyone wants to get home. So...

...why not Pickleball with us? Our Mandarin student group is having a Dodgeball tournament and you are welcome to form a team to compete. They won't get started until 2pm. From 1pm to 2pm it's my chance to try out Pickleball, the fastest growing racquet game in North America. I've got the paddles and the balls. We can have up ot 3 courts. Who's going to join me?
