Time to get creative for those coming downtown on Sunday. Sporting Life 10K will block off Yonge St. and Lakeshore from 6am to 6pm this Sunday. A list of road closures is attached. I believe points of entry into the downtown core are possible Avenue Road/Bathurst and Gardiner/Spadina. Please check the map yourself and plan accordingly!

For those coming with children, we have a special morning of Bible teaching, Singing and Crafts. That all begins at 10am in the TCBC Church basement. In keeping with our Vulnerable Sector safety policies, only Children and Children’s ministry volunteers can be in our Children’s ministry zones. So no fun crafts for you if you are not in that age group!

Instead, we are continuing to read through Exodus. We will be looking at the first 1/2 of the Ten Commandments and asking, “Why were these commandments so important from them? Why are they important for Christians, when we are saved by grace and not by following “the law”? And why might they be important to communities that seem fine governing themselves through the democratic process?
